caitlyn redesign WIP 2

here's an update, i'm going REAL slow with this one.

after reading a bit more about her on the net, knowing that people are hoping to see a visual upgrade of her,
i decided to go the" If i was the artist in charge of revamping her, what would i do?" route.

hopefully i can get this done within the week.
